Which payment methods Hand Embroidery UK accept?

We accept all credit cards like: Visa, Master Card and you may also checkout via Paypal, Amex and Discover if you have an account with these 3rd parties services. If you have any query regarding payment just call us for further information.

Hand embroidery UK payments are made by sage pay which is a secure payment processing service that is owned by Elavon that operates in the UK and Ireland. We do not receive any payment details on website. For more information please consult our Privacy Policy.

 

Can I place an order via email?

If you call us and give your card details to pay for an order placed via email, we destroy your card details once the payment is processed.

 

What if I can't find a product online that I am looking for?

How I can track my order?

Can I approve my order before starting production?

Yes we sent you sample for approval before start work on the entire project.

 

Is there a minimum limit for any order?

No, Hand Embroidery UK do not have a minimum limit for any order, however discounts do apply to larger quantities.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Due to any reason you need to cancel you order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order is under product process than we are unable to cancel the order.

 

Can I order sample for any product?

If you want to see any product sample before ordering, you need to email us with the requested product. We will contact you soon and send appropriate sample.

 

Can I order from outside the UK?

Yes, our customer place an order from outside the UK and we successfully fulfill all the orders. If we cannot deliver at your specific area or country we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

How much delivery charges within UK?

Delivery is FREE on all UK orders above £100 and for orders under £100.00 will be charged at £5.95. Hand Embroidery UK delivery charge for orders outside the UK are:

  • Europe: £8.99 within 3-5 working days
  • USA: £12.99 within 5-7 working days
  • Rest of World £15.99 withing 5-10 working days

 

What is the return policy?
