A shoulder epaulette is a distinctive and ornamental military accessory worn on the shoulders of uniforms, often to signify rank, branch of service, or special achievements. They are made of fabric strips and can have badges, different colors, and shiny things on them to show a person's rank or achievements.

The Requirement

One of our loyal clients approached us with specific requirements for epaulettes. We had worked with him many times before. He provided his preferences and wanted customised epaulettes to meet their uniform needs. Client was concerned regarding the epaulette measurements.

The Solution

After analysing the client's requirements, the first step was to choose the appropriate materials for the handmade epaulettes. This included selecting a base fabric, metallic wires and other decorative elements. For shoulder attachment, we used an elastic band on the backside of handmade epaulettes.

We used the following specifications for epaulettes:

          •  Height: 145mm
          •  Width: 55mm

For Black Coloured Epaulette

          •  Front Side: Used Black Velvet and Bullion and Silver Wire
          •  WBack Side:  White Cotton and 5mm Elastic Band

For Gold Coloured Epaulette 

          •  Front Side: Used Gold Coloured Fabric and Bullion and Silver Wire
          •  WBack Side:  White Cotton and 5mm Elastic Band

We successfully manufactured and delivered the customized handmade epaulettes to the client, who was highly pleased with the final result.
